Dream Home #1

My dream home would consist of a house approx 3,600 sq ft with 2 floors, 4 bedrooms 4 baths. Also it would have a finished basement that acted as a playroom for the kids, exercise room for everyone and an in-home theatre room to boot.

The master bedroom would have a his and hers walk-in closets, as well as his and hers bathrooms. The ladies bathroom would have a separate jacuzzi tub and shower, and a wonderful vanity area.

My dream home would be a large house with a private pond

The entire house would be located on a large plot of land approx 5 acres and would over look a lake or large private pond. The house would also have a 3 car garage, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, high-end appliances, an area that would be used as an eating area, in addition it would have a separate wet bar area for entertaining.

My dream home would also double as my mini office

A separate office is required when work would need to be done, and a large family room would be off the kitchen area. There would also be a formal living and dining room with ornate wood work trim.
